Chef John offers an extensive catering menu
featuring an array of plated dinners, apppetizers, and buffet style meals (for groups of 10 or more). Not seeing your favorite food on the menu? Not a problem, we specialize in creating unique experiences and are happy to offer 100% customizable menus for fully booked events!
Our on-site food trailer
is open Thursday - Sunday from 11:30 - 5:30pm. Chef will be serving 12'' wood-fired pizzas & specialty burgers that will surely satisfy even the hungriest of guests attending your event!
Wimberley Valley Winery offers daily educated wine tastings in our one-of-a-kind, spacious tasting room while also serving express bottles and glasses from our vintage double-decker bus, located on our main outdoor patio. Stop in for a tasting and see the available rental spaces in person!
Small Patio (seats up to 24)
- $75+/hr | Minimum of 3 hours
Large Patio (seats up to 50)
- $150+/hr | Minimum of 3 hours
Main Patio (after hours only)
- $350+/hr + $1500 after hours fee | Minimum of 3 hours
- Includes access to bar service from our vintage double-decker bus
Blue Room (seats up to 32)
- $150+/hr | Minimum of 3 hours
Tankroom (seats up to 50 + stone garden)
- $350+/hr | Minimum of 3 hours
- Includes exclusive access to our newly renovated bar
- Access to the "stone garden", an attached outdoor patio area that provides privacy and comfort for your guests during the event
**Rental rates are subject to change based on specific event details**
Non-refundable deposit required to secure space, date, and time of event (amount based on event details and will be credited towards final event quote).
Outside food/drinks allowed upon approval from management.
Access to the property will not be allowed any time before opening (10am).
Winery may not be occupied any time past close (6pm) unless specified otherwise in your final rental agreement.
A $1500 "after-hours fee" is required for all events that take place after 6pm (this fee does not include/cover any relevant space rental fees).
Specific food and wine requests are required at least 2 weeks in advance in order for our team to prepare accordingly.
- Minors under the age of 21 are not permitted to consume alcohol on property under any circumstances.
