By Signing Up I Agree:

I am 21 years of age or older.

I understand an adult 21 years or older is required for signature at delivery
and I am responsible for any shipping, return and re-shipping costs.

I understand that wines are preselected and may not be switched.

I understand my credit card will be charged automatically in advance of each shipment and the purchase is non-refundable.

I understand I may not receive advance notification prior to processing my payment.

I understand I may cancel anytime after my 2nd quarterly shipment.

I understand a written notice must be given to hello@wimberleyvalleywine.com 30 days prior to any payment processing of a quarterly shipment.
